Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a gift box from 'The Music Trunk you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Shipping 

Your Trunk will be shipped within 2 days of receiving order and payment being authorised. 

Damaged / Lost / Missing Goods

Remember the shipping estimates on-site are suggested ‘estimates’. The arrival of your box may extend outside of the window we provide; this can be down to the time of year or customs for international customers. If your box never arrives, arrives damaged, or has items missing, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible in order for us to resolve the situation.

Box Contents

Sometimes, the contents of the boxes can vary due to demand. This happens very rarely, but when it does, we just like to look at the few that get effected as being unique!

Quality Guarantee 

We only put quality accessories inside the Trunks that are tried and tested. All Trunks may have slightly different brands of accessories and we guarantee the quality for your peace of mind. 

Lemon Oil Terms

The Music Trunk trading under the brand Guitars & That Ltd does not hold responsibility of any instrument resulting in damage after using Lemon oil. Lemon oil will remove grime and return your fret-board to its original luster quickly and easily. Once the dirt is gone it provides an invisible sealant against stains and moisture. Please note that if you receive Lemon Oil we advise that it is not to be used on Maple fret-boards. We advise this as on some fret-boards it can be damaging. It is safe to be used for Ebony and Rosewood fret-boards in moderation. However, Dunlop do not suggest that the product may harm any fret-boards and we encourage you to seek further advice either from Dunlop or contacting us.

 Returns

Sometimes the Trunks aren’t to everyone’s liking and circumstances can change that mean you want your money back. Well don’t worry, you have 30 days from when your box is delivered to make a return and be eligible for a refund. To receive a full refund, the box must be unopened and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. You must follow our returns procedure.

Return damaged items & Quality Guarantee

We only put quality accessories inside the Trunks that are tried and tested. All Trunks may have slightly different brands of accessories and we guarantee the quality for your peace of mind. It is very uncommon but sometimes bad batches of strings can find there way into customers hands. The main string brands we use are Martin, Ernie Ball, Concetto and D'addario. Concetto strings are fully guaranteed at the point of manufacture. If you have any issues with these strings you can send them back to the manufacturer  as per their instruction on the back of the string packs. Please note this is only for Concetto guitar strings. For all other brands if damaged please send back to us and we will send you out new ones after our team have confirmed the discrepancy. Please follow our returns procedure. Please note that if the item is damaged as expected once we have received it, we will prioritise the new alternative item being sent back to you to minimise time wasted.
