Refund policy
You have 30 days from receiving your trunk or to return for a refund. In order to receive a refund, the box must be unopened and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped.
All other items sold will only be liable for a refund within 12 days from the purchase date.
Returns Procedure
Step 1 – Securely seal your trunk, writing your full name and order number if applicable visibly on the box.
Step 2 – Post this back to our warehouse via 2nd class (obtaining proof of postage). We do not provide pre-paid return labels and postage to return the box back to us will have to be covered yourself.
Step 3 – Once we receive the box, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method which may take between 3-5 working days. Please allow for up to 14 working days for the returns to be processed by the team.
For all other items the same process is required.
Damaged Item/accessory Return
Please follow the same steps above and we will confirm the damaged item and send a new alternative out to you within 2-3 days. We will try and prioritise damaged alternative deliveries to the best of our ability. However, please allow for 14 days to receive.
