Shipping policy

For UK Customers Royal Mail suggests that delivery should be within 3-5 working days from dispatch. We make a conscious effort to try and get your purchase to you as soon as possible and most of the time it is received within 3 days.

For International Customers, delivery estimates depend on location. Trunks are shipped via a tracked service with an advised delivery time of 4-8 days worldwide, our carrier advises that shipments may take up to 14 days in some cases, however, please leave up to 30 days before contacting our customer service team.
